Made to order

Every item is printed after you order it. We don't keep stock. Production takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships.

Delivery times

After production, estimated delivery times are:

Canada and United States: 3 to 4 business days
International: 5 to 20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather, customs and carrier delays can add time.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost depends on your country. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries. If your country doesn't show up at checkout, we can't ship there right now.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders are printed as close to you as possible. If your order ships from another region, you may be charged customs fees, duties or import taxes when it arrives. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. They are set by your country, so we can't tell you the amount in advance.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address before you order. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or it wasn't picked up, we'll contact you and you'll need to cover the shipping to send it again. If we don't hear back from you within 30 days, the order can't be reshipped or refunded.

Order hasn't arrived

If your order is late:

Check the tracking link and the address in your confirmation email
Ask your local post office and your neighbors
Wait a day or two past the estimated date; carriers are sometimes late

Still missing? Email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the package was lost in transit, we'll replace it for free. Packages that tracking shows as delivered are not covered.
